Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I ran into an unexpected issue on my vacant listing in Indian Trail, and Ted was a lifesaver! The batteries died to a smart lock, and we could not get into the home. I called Ted and within an hour he had a new set of keys made… problem solved! He was very responsive and professional and helped me avoid having the buyers get locked out of the house on closing day.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I needed doors re-keyed and a keyless entry lock installed. When scheduling service, Teddy advised me of the type of keyless system I would need (to ensure compatibility with my existing locks). Who knew that was a thing?! Teddy came the next morning for service and he also made sure I knew how to use my new keyless system. He was professional, punctual, and reasonably priced. I wish there were more stars to give him!

Finding someone to duplicate a spare motorbike key for me was difficult, but Technician was able to do it with no issues, for a fair price, and in a kind manner; I highly recommend his services! I appreciate you giving me spare parts for my bike.
